Coconut Tuiles

75 g desiccated coconut
75 g icing sugar
25 g plain flour
70 g egg whites
50 g unsalted butter, softened
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread mixture onto a silpat (or another non-stick) mat and bake at 180ÂșC until golden brown.
